Shipping Costs and Methods:

 

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday except on public holidays in Canada and the US. Please allow 3-5 business days for  processing before your order is shipped. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Packages from Canada Post are then passed on to your country's Federal Mail Service. All customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the receiver. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for packages abandoned due to duties or taxes.

 

 

 

Local Pick-Up

We offer free local pick up from our studio in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. If you wish to pick up locally, this option is available during check out. Once you have selected this option, please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. Pick Up Hours are Tuesday - Thursday11 am to 3 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm.

Refused or Returned Packages

​

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments or returns due to wrong addresses. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any store credit. 

Glam By Dan Beauty is not responsible for any missing or lost parcels en route to destination. Once the package has left our warehouse, it is the courier's responsibility. Please contact your local post office for up to date information about your parcel.
